Bellingrath Bros. Landscape & Design was founded by Mac Bellingrath in 1999 while still attending Hall High School in West Hartford. Over the years we have grown from just a West Hartford Landscaping company into a full service landscaping company providing a variety of services from landscaping and lawn care to excavation and hardscaping. We service West Hartford and the surrounding towns within Hartford county. While our shop is now in Newington we still spend a good portion of our time servicing West Hartford residents and businesses.

I hired Bellingrath Bros Landscape & Design to help me with my new home. I’ve used them for a few lawn projects so far, most recently a brand new install of flowers, plants, and trees in my backyard garden. What stands out with Mac and his team is their passion for what they do. His crew do excellent work, take pride in the results, and are also nice guys. I have upcoming projects they will help me with next for my front yard landscape and feel confident I can turn to Bbros team to deliver for me. West Hartford is a town in Connecticut that is located within Hartford County.  The town borders Bloomfield, Hartford, Newington, Farmington, and Avon.  West Hartford is 22 square miles and has a population of more than 60,000 people (according to the 2020 census).  The town has great schools, a bustling restaurant scene and many popular neighborhoods.

West Hartford has a diverse population.  It has a mix of historic homes as well as new developments.  It has a wide variety of housing from large estates to smaller apartments.  It is an attractive area for families, young professionals, and retirees.  The town is centrally located in Connecticut and since it borders Hartford is a popular suburb for people who work in the capital.

One of the most popular attractions in West Hartford is the Noah Webster House.  The birthplace of Noah Webster, the house is a historic institution that allows for people to go on tours and learn more about live in the 18th century.  A popular attraction in West Hartford is the Noah Webster House.  Noah was born in 1758 and was an author and slavery abolitionist.  Noah Webster also was the first person to create a dictionary.
